So here seems to be a plugin that is not letting the toolbar display when your logged. This toolbar has all your info in it like notification, profile, account for better accessibility. If you see things please let me fix them as I will be disabling all the plugins and see where the conflict it. if i can isolate it then i can get the toolbar to work.
